Want to train like the pros?


Professional cycling teams like Saxo Bank, and cyclers like Cadel Evans and Thor Hushovd use Redcord to improve their performance on the bike. Now you can learn how to improve your performence!
Professional cycling teams like Saxo Bank and profiled cyclers like Cadel Evans and Thor Hushovd - they are all using Redcord as part of their daily training programs.

- I do these exercises 30-40 minutes daily and bring the equipment with me when travelling (…)The exercises are extremely important and enable me to be as well prepared as possible, said Thor Hushovd right after an injury period in 2008.

In June 2009 he was interviewed by the Norwegian sports magazine Birkebeiner'n, where he claimed he had become a better cyclist thanks to his sling exercises in Redcord.

The Physiotherapist of Cadel Evans (last year's winner of the tour), David Bombeke, says that Redcord especially is important to improve his Time Trial position.

- My work with Cadel is mainly focused on getting him stronger on the bike. Improved core control, stronger core and a better neuromuscular relations between local and global muscular chains are really important factors to win cycling races, sais Bombeke, who is also a certifyed Neurac Instructor working for Redcord Belgium.

Cadel Evans is using the Redcord Mini for personal training, carrying it arround anywhere he travels. On training camps he works out in the Redcord Workstation Professional, where he also recieves injury prevention treatment.
